Breaking Barriers with First U.S. Facility.

Viatera is composed of 93% quartz blended with advanced polymer resins and colorfast pigments to produce a premium aesthetic and durable finish. Because the manufacturing process requires extreme heat and pressure, the Gray project had to coordinate with the customer’s Italian machine supplier to ensure the unique process equipment could properly function within the pre-engineered building.

Five years later after the facility’s construction, LG Hausys invested in a second manufacturing line to double its production capacity and meet exponentially growing demand. Once again, the customer turned to Gray to design and build the facility expansion. Gray delivered the project in just 10 months.
