Gray provided design-build services for the one-of-a-kind research and testing center that the company uses to fully conduct fan performance testing including air velocity profiles, fatigue testing of fan assemblies and components, and prototype builds of the newest and most cutting-edge fan innovations.

 

The 65’-tall facility features a bow roof comprised of 230’ aluminum roof panels. This project was awarded LEED Gold certification for, among many things, 58.2% reduction in water usage with low-flow plumbing fixtures and 34.3% increase in energy efficiency by using BAF’s custom louvers with 8′ diameter fans.
