Hensel

With more than 40 years of sales and operational experience, Rob Hensel brings unparalleled expertise to Gray as manager of the Northwest Office. Rob came to Gray from a Canadian general contractor, where he served at the vice president of corporate accounts, managing their Seattle, WA office. Being customer and relationship driven by nature, Rob maintained relationships with customers such as Costco, Amazon, Grainger, and Target. Prior to his 17 years there, Rob was self-employed, where he partnered with another general contractor to build retail, office, medical office, bio labs, and light industrial spaces. In the earliest years of his career, Rob worked for a concrete contractor as a superintendent, where he managed light industrial projects and developed a strong foundational understanding of the industry.

When he’s not working, Rob enjoys skydiving, fly fishing, and hunting.
