Seale

Phil joined Gray in 1997 as a project manager following a stint with a large Japanese contractor. A native of the UK, Phil has a degree in construction management from the University of the South Bank in London and is a member of the Royal Institute of Builders. In his time at Gray, Phil has taken on some of our largest and most complex projects that have helped grow our resume. Customers Phil has been involved with include: BMW Manufacturing Corporation, Clare Rose, Michelin North America, Inc., Nestlé Prepared Foods, Siemens Energy, Inc., Sumika Polymer Compounds America, Inc., Champion Petfoods Inc., among many others.

In his current role, he focuses on customer relationships while developing proposal strategies and leading Part 1 efforts for complex projects.

When he’s not working, Phil enjoys cooking, traveling, and golfing.
