Justin Storey joined Gray in 2016 as a project engineer, quickly climbing the ranks to project manager by 2018. With extensive construction experience, from healthcare and commercial to multi-family and residential, Justin spent his early career gaining hands-on experience and knowledge through site and project management. Justin has worked on the proposal and execution of various Gray projects including Minghua, Maruchan, BMW, Bharat Forge, and DaeYoung Electronics.

Relationship-driven at heart, a consistent theme emerged throughout Justin’s roles – it was working with and leading teams that he found most rewarding. Making a difference in people’s lives was always at the forefront, so when the opportunity arose, Justin was top of mind to serve as regional manager for the South-Atlantic region. In this role, Justin uses his construction background and leadership experience to help grow, serve, and mentor team members within the region. This includes project assignments, hiring and onboarding, performance and career management, and training and development. He also acts as an ambassador of Gray within the region and local communities.

When he’s not working, Justin loves spending time with his wife, Rachel, and two kids, Scarlett and Carter. He also has a passion for hunting, fishing, and being outdoors.
