Jon Nordrum joined Anderson Dahlen Inc., a Gray company (ADI), as vice president of operations in 2020 with more than 20 years of experience in streamlining production processes and building high-performance teams. Jon now leads Gray’s specialty equipment manufacturing arm overseeing Anderson Dahlen and AD Process Equipment. Overseeing strategic problem-solving and extensive manufacturing expertise works in tandem to drive company innovation and success. 

Jon also provides counsel on best practices for team efficiency and excellence in operation. From guidance and support to culture and professional development, Jon’s goal is building cohesive teams with a clear vision into the future of specialty equipment manufacturing for Gray. 

When he’s not working, Jon enjoys snowmobiling, sporting clay shooting, and watching his children’s sporting events.
