McMillian

Jenny McMillian has more than 15 years of experience in the construction industry and nearly 10 years with Gray as a project manager in the Southwest region. After some deep reflection, Jenny realized that she had a passion for leadership, growth, and education that she wanted to explore. Her desire to lead people rather than just projects put her on a path back to school, where she pursued a higher education degree in leadership from the University of Arizona. When the opportunity arose to serve her region as Southwest regional manager, Jenny was thrilled.

In her role, Jenny utilizes her passion for leadership to further Gray’s purpose of making a positive difference in people’s lives and building a better future. Executing opportunities in the hiring, training, and mentoring of team members, Jenny brings a strong, leadership force to the Southwest region, inspiring both personal and professional growth for her teams every step of the way. 

In her free time, Jenny enjoys reading, spending time with her family, hiking, riding bikes, and game nights.
