Since joining AD Process Equipment, previously Spec Engineering, in July 2016, Brad has served as the director of automation, and in 2022, design engineering joined his department as well. Brad has quickly grown the automation and controls capabilities at Spec, creating the control panel fabrication shop, which is UL 508A (Standard for Safety: Industrial Control Panels) certified. While automation used to be an additional scope item for systems, it has truly become a service offering on its own.

Besides overseeing the automation engineering department and the control panel fabrication department, Brad is a key member of the business development team. Brad was instrumental in the sale and automation scope of the Kraft Heinz Cheese Formulation project, which was awarded a 2021 Manufacturing Innovation Award by ProFood World.

Brad believes that customers are the most valuable resource and should be treated with respect and compassion throughout the entire project experience. If you have had the pleasure of working with Brad on a project, you will experience this first-hand.

In his free time, Brad enjoys spending time with his wife and daughters, snowboarding, traveling, and cooking.
