NexGen Spotlight: The Road to Success

Sometimes looking at things through a different lens can lead to new ways of thinking and excellent results. Chris McCormack brings that unique perspective to the NexGen Special Projects division, from his career spanning more than two decades in the automotive industry.

The NexGen Special Projects division is centered around collaboration. Whenever there are multiple NexGen teams on a project, McCormack is key to coordinating and optimizing resource allocation.

McCormack’s approach to construction is data-driven and strategic, influenced by his years of experience in manufacturing and lean methodologies. Despite being new to the construction industry, he brings a fresh perspective, emphasizing systematic approaches and gatekeeping processes to ensure project success.

“We definitely take on the responsibility to help create Gray customers for life,” McCormack said. “Being a part of Gray, with its stellar reputation, has given NexGen some excellent opportunities to showcase our skill sets and expertise.”

A few of those current and potential opportunities on the horizon for NexGen are customers such as customers that span manufacturing and food & beverage markets through Gray.
