Bringing on New Team Members: Q&A with MES Engineer Bill Fleischer

With Gray, growth has been a constant for the past couple of years. As the business continues to expand into new markets, and reach new territories, there has been an influx of new team members joining the Gray family. We had the opportunity to speak with one of the newer members of our family, Bill Fleischer, an MES Engineer at Gray Solutions, a Gray company, about his time with Gray, what he enjoys about being on the team, and what has made the transition so smooth.

 

Since your time at Gray Solutions, a Gray company, how has the company changed?

 

Since I started with Gray Solutions, I have seen amazing growth within the company, and I am amazed that while we have continued to grow, the company has maintained the close family feel.

 

What’s your favorite part about being a member of the Gray Solutions team?

 

The people. I work with some of the nicest and most driven individuals I have ever met. The people I work with make me really appreciate what I do and the team overall.

 

What’s your fondest memory since being part of Gray Solutions?

 

When I was new to Gray Solutions, I got to go out to a company dinner. I didn’t know anyone, but everyone was so welcoming and treated me like I had been a member of the family for years. It really spoke volumes to me about the high caliber of people Gray employs.

 

What’s the most valuable professional advice you’ve ever been given?

 

Never stop learning. Always seek opportunities to learn and grow more every day.

 

In one word, how would you describe Gray Solutions?

 

It’s hard to describe Gray Solutions in one word because there are so many amazing things, but one that stands out is driven. Driven employees, and driven teams, to succeed and be the best.
