In this phase, we perform a full constructability review well in advance of scheduling any work. Once work begins we answer vendor and contractor questions and manage progress meetings to ensure the work meets the requirements in a safe manner. We provide lists of recommended spare parts and edit any drawings to match the ‘as-built’ final product. We initiate a Change Management step to help operators understand and deal with the new conditions. Punch lists are created and completed.
