Fondant Machines

Our fondant machinery continuously produces snowy-white, stable, and uniform sugar crystal sizes of 14-16 microns. Applications include confectioners fondant, nougat, bakery icing/fondant, and cereal frosting. This machinery is fully PLC automated and well known for its low-maintenance and simple operation. Production sizes can range from 1200 to 4000 lbs.
