Dry Material Systems
Our custom dry material systems integrate equipment that matches the needs of your particular product. From bulk bag unloaders to conveying and storage solutions, equipment is carefully specified and integrated through detailed process engineering. Product testing and material analysis help achieve operational excellence by fully optimizing the process based on the product.
Whether you need assistance procuring a piece of equipment or would benefit from a complete, custom-designed solution, our unbiased equipment selection process allows you to receive the best solution for your product.
Custom Modular Skid Systems
Custom modular skid systems offer affordable, quality, and proven results. Economical and turnkey designs reduce installation costs while providing high-quality and innovative solutions that meet industry standards. Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) are often completed prior-to-ship to validate the process and equipment. This will save time during on-site installation and commissioning.
Modular skid systems continue to grow in popularity for a variety of reasons. Typically, these skids are more economical than traditional systems, costing up to 25% less than a system completely built on-site. Modular skid systems also tend to have smaller footprints, and customers will enjoy a single source of accountability, leading to increased accuracy and greater reliability.
Bulk Bag Unloaders
Empty bulk bags efficiently with our modular and customizable bulk bag unloaders. With a low profile design and 304 stainless steel construction, food grade standards are met. These units also increase material flow, reduce product loss, and minimize dust. Take a look at the bulk bag unloaders that were part of the Kraft Heinz Cheese Formulation award-winning project.
Bulk storage systems can also be supplied for your company’s raw materials, WIP materials, or finished product. Analyzing the material flow characteristics will lead to the proper design of optimum loading, filtering, agitation, and discharge components.
Engineering Services
Many customers have found success starting with a front-end design package before moving into the next stages of their project. These packages help improve project planning and identify problems upfront that would later result in financial issues. This process allows the project to be defined by the experts and will set your team up for success by receiving an organized project delivered on time and within budget. Profess flow diagrams, equipment lists, 3D mechanical designs, utility P&IDs, high-level schedules, and total installed cost estimates are all options when choosing the right engineering service package.
Conveying
Mechanical and pneumatic conveying transfer systems offer unique ways to transfer products throughout a system, allowing for more material to be moved efficiently and safely. Our team considers material properties, rate, and distance when implementing effective conveying transfer systems. With no bias to any particular regimen, the system will be designed specifically for your process.
Dust Collection & Explosion Protection
Safety is a top priority, so determining the necessary integrated dust collection and explosion protection is critical. Our team approaches the application and safety and operations as the focus. We combine the science of airflow requirements for each dust-generating point and the material or nuisance dust involved. Effective dust collection systems are designed for long-term operation and incorporate the latest venting and suppression systems that may be required.
