Automated Pail Filling System - Eliminate Product Giveaway with Reduction in Labor
AD Process Equipment custom designs and builds automated weighing filler skids for finished product feeding from a pump. The technology includes IO scale controllers, CompactLogix PLC, PanelView Plus 7 HMI, and IO link sensors and controls. A three color LED bulb will indicate if each scale is empty, filling, or full. These filler skids eliminate product giveaway with reduction in labor, which significantly improves efficiency and reliability.
