ADPE Spotlight: Nicole Latronica

Meet Nicole! Nicole Latronica is a Fabricator at AD Process Equipment. Nicole graduated from College of DuPage with an associate degree in applied science. After, she signed up for welding classes at College of DuPage, and a passion was sparked within her. She has since went on to gain valuable skillsets in a multitude of industries ranging from fabrication and welding for a large variety of motorsports industries, ballistic protection for government agencies, structural collision repair, small aircrafts, hydraulic and industrial fluid systems, as well as food processing systems.

In her role, Nicole fabricates, welds, metal finishes, and assists throughout the manufacturing shop. Her favorite part of her job is coming in each day and putting quality, heart, and soul into her work. She is always looking forward to seeing what types of projects are next to accomplish.

Since her time at ADPE, she said the most positive area of growth and change for our company has been that there is always a steady flow of jobs and momentum that keeps the rhythm of continual success going for the company. Her favorite part about being a member of the ADPE team is seeing her and her colleagues work come together at the end of the project. “It’s fulfilling to work as a team and see all these extraordinary projects come to fruition,” she said.

What she thinks sets ADPE apart from other service providers in the industry is passion. “ADPE’s passion and dedication to providing superb solutions to the industries they serve, along with our heavy focus on ensuring a high caliber of quality in what we do, sets us apart from others in the industry,” she said. In one word or phrase, she describes ADPE as “a great place to work.”
