ADPE Spotlight: Josh Allen

Meet Josh! Josh is a Process Engineering Manager at AD Process Equipment. He recently celebrated his two-year anniversary in March. Josh started as a Process Engineer, then moved to Senior Process Engineer before being promoted to Process Engineering Manager.

Josh’s days consist of working with his team on executing the process design for their projects, coordinating with vendors on strategic partnerships, working with the project management group to coordinate resources, and working with the sales department on assessing new opportunities for projects and partnerships. His favorite part of what he does is working to help solve new problems with a great group of people. In one word or phrase, he describes ADPE as “Dynamic”.

When asked what his favorite part about being a member of the ADPE team is, he said, “I have worked for many different companies in the past, and I have never been as satisfied with a company as I am with Gray and the ADPE team. I love all of the people I get to work with.” His most memorable experience with ADPE is receiving a call from Stephen Gray, President and Chief Executive Officer at Gray, to thank him for his work he did on a large, ongoing project. Since his time at ADPE, he’s seen growth and opportunities that will strengthen every aspect of our business, and he is excited for what’s to come.
