New Employee Spotlight: Andy Berg

Meet our new Business Development Manager, Andy Berg! Andy graduated from Arizona State with a degree in broadcast journalism. He has 20 + years of outside sales experience with 6 years of material handling sales experience.

Andy began networking with members of ADPE and discovered the opportunity to join as a Business Development Manager. What appealed to him about joining our team was our culture. “I love the work environment and the really smart, young, energetic, forward-thinking people we have on our team. The idea that Gray is our parent company was really appealing as well. A great organization leading us with awesome leadership is a recipe for success. The support should and will be amazing from Gray,” he said.

Andy’s role is to create new sales opportunities, grow business with existing customers, and build relationships with new customers. He is eager to bring on new customers and develop project opportunities that will drive success for their businesses. Additionally, Andy looks forward to contributing to ADPE’s growth and aims to be a sales leader and a role model for our team.

Andy lives in Elmhurst, IL and in his free time, he enjoys traveling to tropical locations with his wife and spending time with his 2 brothers (best friends) and their families. They love watching their favorite football team, the Detroit Lions. He also loves Hot Cycle, 90’s music, geography, playing beer league hockey, and trying new restaurants. When asked if there are any “must-do” spots in Elmhurst, he said, “There is a street called South St where every home goes over the top with the Christmas decorations. It’s a really fun festive time to walk up and down the street checking out the lights/decorations during the holidays.”
