In just four months, Gray took the shell of a 200,000 s.f. building and completely transformed it into a state-of-the-art bakery. Acquired by snack food leader Mondelēz International, Enjoy Life Foods is a natural foods manufacturer, specializing in allergen-free foods. The facility’s Indiana location allows expedited access to product from Enjoy Life Foods’ suppliers, as well as to retailers throughout the southern and western markets.

Recently named the Bakery of the Year by Snack Food & Wholesale Bakery, the new facility more than doubles the production capacity of Enjoy Life Foods and installed more efficient production lines to meet growing demand for its products.
