Gray West Region Named Among Best Places to Work in Orange County
Gray is happy to announce our West Regional office in Anaheim, Calif. has been ranked in the 2014 Best Places to Work in Orange County. Specifically, Gray’s West Regional office ranked No. 31 in the medium employer category consisting of companies with 50-249 U.S. employees.
“We are thrilled to be included in the 2014 Best Places to Work in Orange County,” said Bob Moore, President, West Region, Gray Construction. “This type of recognition speaks to Gray’s purpose and core values that we strive to live to each and every day, and it motivates us to continue to make a difference in people’s lives.”
The county-wide survey program strives to identify, recognize and honor the Orange County places of employment that benefit the local economy, workforce and business. For the process, Best Companies Group evaluated each company’s workplace policies, practices and demographics. The group also conducted an employee survey to measure the employee experience. The combined score from these processes determined the final rankings for each participating company.
Incidentally, Gray’s Southeast Regional office was recently ranked No. 1 in Alabama’s Best Places to Work.
